tax refunds and getting sued

What is the name of your state?illinois

i'm being sued for a auto accident that my ex had with my car (i was not driving,i don't even own a licsence). my question is can the people who sued me take my income tax refund? i have 3 kids and i'm a student who works one day out of the week. i really need this money. someone who really knows would really be appreciated.

Can they?? Yes. Will they?? Probably not, as it is not easy or simple to do... and takes a certain amount of expertise.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
