| | | Tax responsibility after divorce What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TX
I was divorced in June 2007. I filed my 07 taxes on time with single status. I just found out that my ex has still not filed his taxes for 07. He is a sole proprietor and definitely owes some tax for the year.
Can the IRS come after me for the taxes he owes since we were married for part of the year? If so, does the innocent/injured spouse form apply to this situation? |
