Tax return

What is the name of your state? МА
I am a J1 foreign alien, i paid federal and state taxes(MA). Now i would like to get the taxes back. So, which forms am to file? Thanks for your time and attenion

It depends on how long you've been here, and what your immigration status has been while you've been here. It also can depend on what country you're from.

You will want to find a tax professional who has international experience and can ask the appropriate questions to determine how you should file. Do not attempt this on your own, and do view any adivce you receive from an educational institution/employer with a jaundiced eye.
