| Hi, I am an Indian working on an H1B visa in the US. Also, I am married and suffer from a physical disability. Please let me know if I can save the Income Tax that I pay, if any. Thanks, Aseem. |

Tax savingsI would have to know your entire situation or see your bookkeeping records to know if you could save any money on tax. However, as long as you are in the US, you are subject to all the tax laws, and all of your taxable income is subject to tax. If you receive disability income, it may be exempt from tax, but any of your earnings are subject to tax. |
