What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CO

I just finished my taxes on Taxact and an option came up that stated I could add 5000 to a savings/retirement account to help releive some of the Federal tax. What type account can I use to add this money to help offset the 2009 taxes?:)

It would have to be a traditional IRS and you would have to do it before April 15th, to make a 2009 contribution.
