What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FL

Is the money I receive at my personal account (in the USA), from my friends/relatives, is taxable? I.e., whether I need to pay tax on that money?

Another question: I have a bank account in UK and paying tax on that money. Whetehr I need to pay tax on that money in the USA?
