| I moved from Oregon to Arizona in June. Now I'm fighting with the tax thing. Anyone know if I have to file part year resident?? Or if I could get away with the short EZ forms?? My income was under 20g, so it shouldn't be a big deal, right? Any ideas.. |

Part-year residentI’m sorry to say that you are required to file as a part-year resident in both states. The income you earned while a resident of Oregon must be reported to Oregon and what you earned while a resident of Arizona must be reported to Arizona. There probably won't be much tax, but still you must file as above. |
