Taxes due on sold stocksWhat is the name of your state? Texas I am wondering if there is any law that allows me to not pay taxes on stocks sold if I reinvest the money. I currently sold stock from my employee stock purchace program. I would like to reinvest the money, because I don't need the money anymore. Is there a way to do this and not be taxed? thanks |

| You can defer gains on the sale of regular stock if you invest in qualified small business stock.
