Hi,

I have a question regarding foreign (non-US) nonprofit nongovernmental organizations - in this case from Slovenia (European Union) - regarding the text-exempt organizations.

Can US companies have benefits from international organizations (for example from Slovenia) that are somewehre between 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(2)? Our organization is registered in Slovenia.

Also, if not -- how can our organization qualify for it, if possible and are there any ways around, how to write invoices / certificates for companies?
