Transfer Taxes

State: California

My parents have a joint living trust which holds a real estate property. If they want to transfer the title out of the trust to my mom as an individual who owns 100% of the property, is the procedure just to go fill out the grant deed form and register at the county clerk's office? Are there any property transfer taxes they need to pay to transfer the property out of the trust since it's not a sale of real estate?
