Trustee DeceitWhat is the name of your state? PA My siblings and I have been decieved in believing that the "trustee" of our property had ownership rights! At this time the taxes are delinquent 3 years and the worst part is most of the taxes are related to improvements, a trailer owned by the trustee. The property will go for tax sale early December and I have no idea what to do. Any suggestions? |

LawyerImagine attempting to do so having to have 4 persons in agreement. In addition, the cost is something 3 of the 4 can not bear...at all! I figure the behavior of the trustee must be criminal in nature, therefore, constituting actions by the township or county not me through a civil suit. |
