What is the name of your state?TN

1. Can charitable contributions made by a valid dependent on my federal return also be included in my charitable contributions total? Just want to be sure.

2. I understand that the insurance premiums for automobiles are likely not tax deductable. However, on the auto premium declaration page provided by the insurance company is a line item for medical costs/insurance. Is this portion permitted as a "premium paid" on the federal return?

Thanks for taking my questions. Your help is appreciated.
