Unfiled Taxes Impact on Filing Chapter 7 Bankruptcy

What is the name of your state? GA

I plan to file bankruptcy before the law changes in October and posted the details of my dilemma under that [URL=http://forum.freeadvice.com/showthread.php?p=1076649#post1076649]forum[/URL] (scroll to the top to read the original post).

Aside from the first reply to my original message " . . . Somehow, someway you need a lawyer" can anyone tell me what other options I may have, if any?

I DO appreciate that link; the information looks just like what I needed to know. And I just finished speaking with a friend of mine whose husband does taxes for a living and he's agreed to help me . . . at NO charge!

I've just emailed him that link and will be sorting through paperwork so he can get the tax part of my stuff together so I can file the bankruptcy.
