What is the name of your state? GA
if a person does not have the money for tax help, how do they find out the best way to deal with a big, bad tax problem close to $90,000?
how can they find out what their options are?
if a person wants to make a deal with the IRS, how can they find out what the process will be like from statrt to finish? in all my years i have nevenr heard this question answered. how to know?

how do the BK courts deal with unpaid federal income taxes?
I know that BK has changed in the last year but i've heard little about it.

i do not have money for an attorney, so, how can i find out what the process is like, how does the judge decide. is it only by looking at the info on forms or is there any sort of human eliment involved, how does the judge relate to the BK filer?

are there any examples (brief) that a person can look at to better know what the process is about?
what about other info?

Step 1: Go get yourself a consult with a bankruptcy attorney. You don't have to pay one unless you are actually going to file so you can afford to get a consult.
