web host sales tax

I'm in Pennsylvania

I just registered a fictitious name, ein, and sales tax license for my business. I do things other then hosting, so I got a license for sales tax, but I've been wondering about hosting. I'm only reselling the service that another company buy's from a datacenter. I've never seen a web host that charged sales tax, so I'm not sure if I'm suposed to or not. do I?
