I am an F1 visa overstay. Last year I had filed for my 2011 taxes as I had a job and an income while I was in status. However I was off status when I filed my taxes last year and mentioned it in my form F8843.
Since I havent had an income since October 2011 and am still an overstay, do I have to file any forms and if so which one? Can I just not file any paperwork as I havent worked and have no income?
