What is the name of your state?missouri
I have custody of my 13 year old. She moved in with her father in January and then back with me March 11. She moved back in with her father on July 12. Who has the legal right to claim her on 2004 taxes??  :p

The custodial parent gets to claim the child. If her living with dad was a change of custody, he gets to claim her. If it was a temporary extended visitation, you get to claim her. However, this was probably addressed in the support order. What does it say?
