My sons father and I now live together, we are not married. We are thinking about purchasing a home together within the next year. We share joint custody of our son. In the past I have been the one to claim him because he lived solely with me.

Now that we are living together, and we share our bills 50/50, what determines who claims our son? He makes more money than I do, about double. Yet as already stated I do pay 50% of everything. Can someone please help me out or at least guide me in the right direction?
