Wife collected NJ State Disability but it was not included on her W2

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

We live in PA and work in NJ. My wife went on NJ State Disability in March of '08 and then on SSDI in August. We received her W2 from her former employer but it did not include the money collected from the State of NJ. Do I need to get a corrected W2 from her former employer or will the state send me something separately?

I don't know anything about NJ state disability, but typically, disability payments are reflected on a separate W2.
