willful tax fraudWhat is the name of your state?FL my divorce decree clearly states that I do not recieve alimony, and never will, yet my exhusband claimed he'd paid alimony in '02 and the IRS audited me. I've sent the requested documents to the IRS and am awaiting closure. My question is what penalties will he face and are their any rights for me for these false statements and him defrauding my name? |

| He didn't defraud your name. He filed a fraudulent tax return. Don't worry, the IRS will get him, and his little dog, too. Snipes
