What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

Hello, I have a question regarding write offs. If a company issues a coupon or voucher for a certain $ amount off for services or goods to only charities, can the total amount of the coupons printed or given or used be a tax write off? Or any amount for that matter? Thank you in advance for your response.

No, because the company is only taxed on its income. If the charity is given a coupon to pay a lesser price, or even zero, the company will still have a "cost of goods sold" but less income or zero income on the transaction. Therefore a deduction on top of that would be double dipping.
