i have been paying $138 a week in spousal support for the past 1 1/2 years. she started going to college as soon as she was granted it by the courts. she had worked full time till she was fired. can i have this stopped by taking her back to court. she will not sign off on the final for divorce because she wants health insurance which i have her covered under my plan at work along with our 3 kids. i live in northern va.
