Typically the suspect is not told about the warrant prior to the search being done for the obvious reason that those who have something to hide will get rid of anything that might incriminate them in criminal activity. So I'm guessing the search was already done. If that's the case you can argue to the court that results of the search should be suppressed, but you'll need a valid reason why the court should grant it. As quincy says, a lot more information is needed to provide any more useful information than this.
