I am currently according to a bill I got for my CPAP Renting it, is there a way I can get my Medicare/Medicaid to pay for it full and just buy it?

They would not take any more information from me for secondary insurance.

You're not going to be able to force the insurer to "buy" the machine if your coverage is only for a rental.

Under rental, it will likely be replaced if it fails. If you buy it and it fails you are SOL.

Also, many components are life limited anywhere from three months to a year. Usually these "rentals" provide for the periodic replacement of things things,
