Does anyone know any Pro Bono attorney that can handle this case, we would be extremely thankful for any advise in this difficult time. Thanks
It's very unlikely that you'll find someone to do it for free. Attorneys have to eat too!

That’s the thing. It is clearly a win win case but attorneys are asking for tons of fees. We have so many recorded proves where the board members have violated their fiduciary duties. The management has interfered in board matters and tried to remove the president last year which they were unsuccessful. There are half of the Condominium who has complains about the Management and the HOA. Treasurer has found so many financial mistakes in the accounts. Attorney of the condominium has misquoted our bylaws and when we asked him to provide an exact language or reference from our bylaws’ he just ignores us. So many other things that are more than enough to remove the corrupt board members and the Management.

Then that means that the president was removed "for cause" and you simply disagree with the action.
Calling someone a clown because of his bad behavior is not a cause.
serving in a HOA a cause is something that includes bad decisions that can harm the Condominium financially or in other ways.
It was more like personal indifference.

My question is can a HOA board remove the President with a no cause proven?
No cause proven to whom? The answer is to refer to the by-laws, but it is generally the case that the shareholders of a corporation elect the board, and the board then hires (and may fire) the officers.

Also what can be done in this situation as we are being bullied and harassed by those HOA members.
Depends on exactly what's happening. It's possible that you may be able to obtain a restraining order. Consult with a local attorney.

First of all, you're not going to get a referral from a message board. Second, there's no such thing as a "pro bono attorney." Some lawyers will occasionally do work on a pro bono basis. However, unless you happen to have a family or friend relationship with the attorney, that typically only happens in the context of civil rights or representation of the indigent.

Oh, I'm sorry - I thought you said that "cause" was not defined in the HOA documents. If it's not, then your opinion as to what "cause" is really means very little.
