What is the name of your state? NV

A mechanic has has our truck for 12 months! I saw on the web "Loss of Use." It seems can sue for what it would cost to rent a similar vehicle.

Now, our truck in a 1 Ton truck; the trucks that you can rent are 1/4 Ton trucks. The other thing is, our truck is 1991. The trucks you rent would be 2023. Is it possible to say that, since our truck is three times the size of the a rental truck, that that cancels out the rental trucks that are thirty years younger?

Is it possible to sue for just "Loss of Use?" What would it take to sue for "Loss of Use?"
