Mr Otto, stop texting your ...displeasure. You will not be called into court if you don't provide reason for her to file. Stop providing reasons. Honestly, after the second time she filed for an RO, you should have learned that texting your complaints is not the way to handle whatever issues you and she were having. Next time, and I hope there isn't a next time, consult with a Family Law attorney if there is a problem.

Laughing it off is not a valid reason for reconsideration. Just sayin'
