What is the name of your state? Wyoming

My question is regarding trying to disband a weak union within our small airline. Of 106 maintenance employees, only seven belong to our "Union" International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers. This union is not wanted in our company and I have been told it's a huge undertaking to remove a union. Our current labor agreement is expired and has been since Nov 1, 2005. There is little negotiation for a new contract and the little that has been done is absurd.
