| | | Brought up before Union E-Board What is the name of your state? Massachusetts.
My local has brought me up on charges to stop me from running in an election next year. I was told I could "bring counsel" to the hearing on 06/08. Is there a lawyer who handles this type of thing? |

| | | You need a feisty labor lawyer.
They'll probably be listed as Employment Attorneys, but be careful choosing one: they generally specialize as employer or employee reps (defense or plaintiff attornies).
You need a gutsy Labor Lawyer who works with Unions specifically, not just on employment discrimination/harassment cases between employers and employees.
Try calling your local Bar Association (if you're in a major city), and ask for a labor lawyer/employment law attorney who specializes in union issues. | |
