Got a problem

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

My supervisor has to answer to the labor board about a situation a the job and he's asking me to lie for him and have his back. He was telling me "you know I had your back when you had a write up and looked the other way. I need somebody to help me you know!" I'm trapped any suggestion?

No

that's the thing, the reason he is going is because of an supervior that reported harrssment. Also i'm not in a union, the same guy that reported him went to the union a month before this happen and now were under investigation. I just recived a letter in the mail saying that we have a vote coming up on the 23rd of this month. When my boss first found out he was pulling us to the side asking did we have somthing to do with it? if we did vote we might lose our contract, and will be out of a job.

right now im making 9.50 hr no benifits
I was told when my company was question they lied and told them we were making 14.50 hr.
But yea no union

Hum, I have a few more questions for you...

Does this happen to be a construction job? If so, is it a certified payroll job? I'm asking b/c of the employer lying about the amount of your wages.

I recommend against lying any time where lying is a crime.
