| | | Government hiring What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Minnesota. I have heard that it is illegal for a government organization to hire people who do not meet the exact qualifications of the job posting or job description, is this true and what are the penalties for violating this law and how strictly is it enforced and who determines if a person meets these qualifications and is a union able to get involved in this and can a person sue if they are passed up for a job for someone who does not meet the qualifications. How far can these qualifications be stretched to get someone into a job. | |
