lower wage worker was provided by my union


What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? california
I was a member of the IBEW until they provided a low wage worker to replace me. Do I have any legal recorse?

Legal recourse for what? You haven't provided any information in order to make any sort of response.

is the replacement either a CW, CE or GW? If so, the work the CW or CE can do is limited by contract but the GW classification apparently can do anything a first year apprentice wireman can do.

I must presume you are still a member of the IBEW. You do not get removed from the union simply because you are out of work.

So, what has your BA said about the situation when you asked him/her?

explain a bit more so it makes a bit of sense. Your post is a bit lacking in details.
