| | | Need Advice in OH What is the name of your state? Ohio
I recently interviewed for a job at a local credit union run by the USWA. During the interview, I was given an application and told to fill in my name, ss number sign and date, nothing else. I was nervous at the time and failed to tell them of my license being suspended until Oct of 06. I was offered the job, but when I told them of this, it was rescinded and I was told I deliberately hid it from them (which I didn't), even though the courts agreed to allow me to drive and it would not have been an issue. I feel I was discriminated against for something that didn't even pertain to the job or its duties and I was told I had the job and was the most qualified candidate. Do I have a case?

| | | 1. What does this have to do with union issues?
2. No, you don't have a case. Google "at will employment".

| | | TY for your reply. Since the office workers are union members, they are directly related with the union | |
