I'm in a union of approx. 50 employees and the older employees (which are 10 of us) are being singled out because of our seniority preferences where to work in the department. The majority are trying to come up with specific "tests" or a "rotation" for the minority so they can take our jobs that we put our time in and graduated to this level. I believe this is discrimination and would like some input on this if anybody could and what can we do about it?

Speak to your union rep. There is nothing illegal going on, so that would be your recourse.
