Legally, can a 16 year old get pregnant by a 21 year old, in the state of Kentucky?

Well, I know the answer, but I doubt a union is going to help you in any way.

Post the question in the correct forum.

Maybe it's a work related pregnancy.

haha, um well that depends what angle you look at it from....women have the G_D given divine right to bear children...as for the 21 yr old, i will post on a non-personal level!

now, however, i am curious how this is under unions?

the answer is no...the 21 yr old can suffer consequences, however it is wether the parents take the option to press charges, and etc...

now you should repost under family law, as this is where your post should be, although i'm unsure which category after that, as we don't know if you're the 16yr old, the 21 yr old, someones parent, grandparent or friend.....
