Union Contract

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New Jersey
Company (A) Non union buys Company (B) with a contract with the teamsters. Does Company (A) and its employees fall under the contract, Can thier drivers do the work of Companys B or Visa versa?

that would depend on what you mean by " bought company (B)" and the negotiations prior to the purchase and the form of corporate entity each company is and the union contract and...
