Union Stranglehold

What is the name of your state? Ohio

How close to bankrupcy does a union business have to get before ownership can get out of the union.. I would like to get out before the money runs out. We are in the first year of a 3 yr contract. I would rather spend the last bit of money on a labor attorney rather than go
bankrupt.
