4th Amendment and Washington State Law

What is the name of your state? Washington.
Does not telling someone that they are on a speaker phone violate their 4th amendment and in the state of Washington, is it against the law to NOT tell someone they are on speaker phone. Finally, does a state law override a federal law, i.e. 4th Amendment. Thanks very much.

It all depends on many unknown facts that you have not disclosed. And normally,
State Law gets it's direction from Federal Law; example, your case is in State
Court, thus, the majority of case law would be generally State Law; other
side, your case is in Federal Court, then the majority of case Law would be
Federal. By the way, Federal Court has its own Rules, and Procedures, as does
State Court. Lastly you mentioned the Fourth Amendment., there is Federal
Constitution, and there is State.
