case needed to fight judicial immunity with multiple plaintiffsWhat is the name of your state? Ca. Does anyone know of a case citation for overcoming immunities when there are many people saying the same thing? Last edited by TeresaP.; 03-26-2006 at 09:43 AM. |

| You do not overcome judicial immunity by a majority vote. You can overcome it if the person did something wrong and it was outside their role as a judge. You can also overcome it, if you felt that they ruled in error, by appealing to a higher court. Majority rule just won't get it, though, sorry. |
