Question from California,
Where do you obtain if any, the Rules/Regulations and/or Fudiciary Responsibilities of a Court Appointed Receiver? And if any violations of the Receiver... where and to whom do you report? And if a bond was posted by the Receiver, where and to whom does one file a charge against the bond? Thank you in advance for any assistance.
