Daughter's Right's violated ????

My daughter is a 3 year old Diabetic. She has been going to this daycare for the past 5 months. The daycare is run by a large religious org. that recieves some federal funds to purchase books and computers. They told us the other day that she could not come back to the daycare because she required to much attention, and it endangered the lives of the other kids because she required to much attention. My wife did a lot her checks because she worked only a couple of miles from the daycare. They did not give us any notice, and would not let her come back to the daycare because of her condition. One of the ladies that was seeing to her, her husband was also a Diabetic. Can they discriminate againist her because of her condition??? We live in Alabama
