What is the name of your state? MN

I have often heard of the federal law which states certain companies cannot discriminate because of disability. Does this law apply to private businesses also? For example can an attorney or CPA or mechanic say they will not do business with you because you are disabled??

Your question is very broad in scope. Yes there are situations that the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) does not apply.

What details do you need to answer the question... Can an attorney, CPA or mechanic say they will not do business with you if you are disabled?

Thanks
