A conspiracy case against one AZ defendant and six out-of-state defendants was dismissed superior court. The appeals court overturned the dismissal for the AZ defendant but sustained it for the out-of-state defendants. Can these defendants be re-added later in the superior court if (when) the discovery documents provide proof of culpability, or does the appeals decision perclude any further action against them?
