What is the name of your state? Indiana

Under the Freedom of Information Act I am entitled to copies of any on going police investigations that pertain to me.

What do I do if the police refuse to provide me with a requested copy of a on going investigation?

Oh really? And would you like to quote the statutory citation for this claim?

Police records pertaining to a current investigation are (in most states, if not all) exempt from the FOIA.

There are request forms, samples and appeal forms all over the WWW, just search for the FOIL in Indiana.

Sound familiar Hex?
