What is the name of your state? Nevada
My question might be better posted here.. what are the steps to attempt to change and existing law?? for a small pee-on like me? lol I feel like an ant carrying a brick!

1. You can contact your state representatives and senator and tell them the law needs to be changed. They have the power to start the ball rolling.

2. Petition the state legislature. For this you would want to hire an experienced lobbyist.

3. If your state has the provisions in it's constitution, start a statewide referendum. This would require a certain number of valid signatures of registered voters.
