Illinois Right of notificationWhat is the name of your state? Illinois The new judge that I have recieved for my child custody case has repeatedly failed to supply me or the circuit clerk with accurate court dates or notification of court dates. Under the constitution am I not guarenteed certain rights regarding the the notification of a hearing or court date? ![]() |

| short and sweet yes you are. I'd contact His office and if that doesn't work then call the office of judicial affairs and tell them your problem. then request a new judge cause you'll have pissed him off and that wouldn't be good for your case. |
