The new judge that I have recieved for my child custody case has repeatedly failed to supply me or the circuit clerk with accurate court dates or notification of court dates. Under the constitution am I not guarenteed certain rights regarding the the notification of a hearing or court date?

short and sweet yes you are. I'd contact His office and if that doesn't work then call the office of judicial affairs and tell them your problem. then request a new judge cause you'll have pissed him off and that wouldn't be good for your case.
