| | | kicked out of school unconstitutional? What is the name of your state? Ga
i was kicked out of high school due to my girlfriend which had graduated the year before me getting pregnate. I attend Christian Heritage Academy and they kicked me out of school and banned me from the school and church property till after graduation. they kicked me out 3-4 weeks before graduation. they allowed me to take the finals and get my diploma but i think that them kicking me out for someone out side the school getting pregnate by me. They have in the hand book that says they may expel any one who does any "non-Christian acts" on or off campus. including sexual misconduct, drug use, pornography...ect. the hand book can be found at http://www.chacolumbus.com/documents/handbook.pdf
expulsion is on page 36. I need to know if this is unconstitutional and what can i do about it |

Perhaps you should have spend more time doing homework rather than having unprotected sex with your girlfriend.
At least you will be able to get a full time job so you can work and pay child support for the child you conceived. You are now obligated for at least the next 18 years to support your child.

expulsion is on page 36. I need to know if this is unconstitutional and what can i do about it | What makes you think you have any 'constitutional' rights?
First, you obviously did not pay attention in Civics class when the point of the constitution and 'STATE AGENCY' were discussed. As a private school which, under the Georgia Constitution Article I, § II, Paragraph VII , 1945-47 Op. Attorney General p. 222, 1965-66 Op. attorney General Number 65-4 and 1969 Op. Attorney General Number 69-125, a private school is forbidden from accepting state (and by extension) federal funds.
Therefore, they are not an agency of any level of government and not controlled by the U.S. Constitution.
Now that that issue is out of the way, a private school associated with a church, like an employer associated with a church, is allowed to set conditions for association not normally protected under law. For example, the school, as an extension of the church, is allowed to deny employment to anyone not affilliated with the church or the mother religion whereas, if a public employer practiced such policies, they would be in violation of anti-discrimination laws.
You have no case. Never did have a case and will never have a case.
Is that plain enough for you?
P.S. It's "would have gone..." NOT "would have went." We don't allow Ghetto here.

I ask about law... again NOT english. | The "DEAL" about English (which is capitalized by the way) Is that you are now in the adult world. As such, there are expectations of everyone. And one of those expectations is to communicate as an adult, not a punk.
If you applied for work in my firm and you didn't have enough respect for the position to complete the application without mistakes, you would not get an interview, much less the job.
So, if you are going to be happy with flipping burgers the rest of your life, English is not such a big DEAL. However, if you want to move beyond a subsistence life, then it is.

I gave you good English advise. I pointed it out, because your poor use of the Engliah language will adversely affect your future. You have entered the adult world. You are going to be a father, now have responsibility for your child's future which includes setting a good example. I have a feeling her father will not be so kind with you.

Can he legally and can i stop him from doing so and what will happen if i claim her as well as my girlfriends father claiming her. | Are you and the child's mother married?
Are you paying child support? How much?
Does the child live with you?
Does her father own a shotgun?
