Thank you for clearing this up.
I apologize for the misunderstanding. What I meant by "just leave me alone",I was referring to my X-hubby and his girl friend. They have me horrified that I will be arrested again based on their lies. Please advise me to how to stop this harrasment directed toward me and my daughter. I read about a tort law. I think it was called, intentional distress. What is this law and do you believe I have grounds for a suit?
