police stole a mini-cassette tape from me which i had legally recorded previous contacts with them when being harressed by them. i filed a
complaint about the theft and my complaint was "sustained" meaning
that they fully admitted to the theft and destruction of the tape.
on the tape was all the evidience i had regarding previous harresment.
i want to file a lawsuit,i asked for charges to be pressed, refused,
civil rights under color of job, ie:fair protection, etc. any help-any advise w/b great-ghaven't found a lawyer who will take case
