Sue the VA for failure to protect privacy???

What is the name of your state? NY

OK it's time to sue the VA for obvious reasons. Is there anyone else on this bandwagon? Can the right to privacy afforded by the constitution be applied here?

We are WAY to sue Happy as it is.
The Feds sets policy reguarding the use of info, and if an employee or contractor misuses or allows (as this is seems to be the case) information to be to be stolen, then they will deal with the infraction through Federal channels.
My own personal information was at risk as I also recieved a mailing from the VA, but I dont believe going after the VA will undo the violation, nor prevent it from happening again.
It is an INTERNAL problem, let them handle it.
